Yōki in the Media
As a local Kansas City business, we're very grateful for the interest and enthusiasm that our community has shown us. Here is a selection of media pieces that we've had the pleasure of being a part of. Thank you for your ongoing support!
The Kansas City Star wrote a behind-the-scenes review for our grand opening, as well as a special piece on Hello Kitty's 40th Anniversary.
The Pitch highlighted our grand opening and later became Yōki's media partner for our first Hello Kitty Day event at the City Market.
Trisha Dalton and John Sears took the ultimate cross-country road trip as part of Capital One's Small Business media. Along the way, they interviewed small business owners and gave us a glimpse at unique things that make small businesses the heart and soul of America's local economy. We were fortunate to be one of their stops in Kansas City, Missouri! Find out why we're "Not Your Grandmother's Japanese Store."
Special Events which featured Yōki include the Naka-Kon Anime Convention, Cherry Blossom Festival, and Midwest Tea Fest.
